At Keldvik, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All items purchased from keldvik.com are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED

 Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that affect the normal use of the product, including:

  - Structural defects in materials or construction
  - Electrical faults in lighting components (excluding bulbs)
  - Finish defects not caused by external damage

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  The warranty does not apply to:

  - Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  - Normal wear and tear
  - Damage caused by use of incompatible accessories or bulbs
  - Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party
  - Cosmetic damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, contact us at info@keldvik.com within the warranty period. Please include:

  - Your order number
  - A description of the defect
  - Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

We will assess your claim and, where the warranty applies, offer a replacement, repair credit, or refund at our discretion.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. UK customers retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU customers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer law.
