When can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order before 3:00 p.m., we will begin processing it on the same business day.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 6–12 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means you will not be charged any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
The estimated delivery time has passed. What should I do?
We apologise for any delay. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs checks, or periods of high seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days.
If your parcel still has not arrived after this time, contact our customer service team at info@keldvik.com, and we will be happy to check the status of your order.
I would like to return an item. What should I do?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@keldvik.com within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
